IBPS RRB CWE 2012 – Apply Online for Officer & Office Assistant Vacancies: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is for the first time conducting Common Written Examination (CWE) as a prerequisite exam for recruiting personnel in 82 Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) which will be conducted twice in an year from now on. On the basis of this CWE, personnel will be hired in different RRBs for the posts of Group A – Officer (Scale I, II & III) and Group B – Office Assistant (Multipurpose).
Candidates’ score in IBPS CWE would gain them eligibility for recruitment in any RRB. For ultimate selection of candidates, each RRB would issue notification individually specifying the other conditions of recruitment. An eligible candidate may apply for both the posts Officer and Office Assistant but not for two posts in Officer Cadre Scale I, Scale II and Scale III.

Educational Qualification:
For Office Assistant Multipurpose:
Degree in any discipline from any recognized University & Proficiency in local language
For Officer Scale I:
Degree in any discipline from any recognized University & Proficiency in local language
For Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer):
Degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks in any discipline from any recognized University & Two years experience as an Officer in Bank or any Financial Institution
For Officer Scale II (Specialist Officer):
Chartered Accountant: Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India & One Year experience
Marketing Officer: PG Degree in Marketing from a recognized university & One year experience
Treasury Manager: Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or PG Degree in Finance from a recognized university & One year experience
Agricultural Officer: Degree in relevant discipline or allied specialization from recognized University & One year experience
For Officer Scale III:
Degree with 50% aggregate marks from any recognized university in any discipline & Maximum 5 yrs experience as an Officer in Bank or Financial Institution
Degree in any discipline from any recognized University & Proficiency in local language
For Officer Scale I:
Degree in any discipline from any recognized University & Proficiency in local language
For Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer):
Degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks in any discipline from any recognized University & Two years experience as an Officer in Bank or any Financial Institution

Application Fee Details: Eligible candidates need to pay the amount of Rs. 450/-towards application fee and intimation charges for the post of Officer and Rs. 350/- for the post of Office Assistant. SC/ST/PWD candidates need to pay Rs. 50/-. EXSM applying for the post of Office Assistant must also pay Rs. 50/-. Fee can be paid through Online or Offline mode.
How to Apply: Applicants must apply online for the Common Written Examination by IBPS for RRBs on or before 25-06-2012. After submission of Application candidates must take the print out of application form and retain it for further use.
